BODY BLAST
HI ENERGY CLASS UTILIZING BODY BARS,AND WEIGHTED BARS. THIS CLASS TARGETS ALL MAJOR MUSCLE GROUPS THROUGH WEIGHT RESISTANCE EXERCISE, INCREASES STRENGTH AND TONES

NITRO KICK/CONTACT KICKBOXING
INTENSE CLASS UTILIZING PROFESSIONAL KICKBOXING BAGS, LEARNING TO JAB PUNCH AND KICK ALONG WITH MULTIPLE CARDIO AND ABDOMINAL EXERCISES, WILL GIVE YOU AN AWESOME WORKOUT

SPIN
SPIN
Whether you are just getting started or have an established training program, we can help you achieve your fitness or racing goals with our spinning program. Spinning is an aerobic exercise that is performed to music on specially designed stationary bikes. This concept was created by a world-class bicyclist named Jonny G as a method of training for races. Spinning is also an excellent calorie burner, using about 600 calories in an hour.

CARDIO MIX
Great workout. A mooderate workout to burn calories during the first half of class which utilizes various methods such as jump rope, step, and floor work. The next half includes sculpting and toning with weights, band, and balls.

 
SCULPT
SCULPT
Body Sculpting includes muscle strengthening and endurance workouts for all the body’s major muscle groups. Because there is no dancing, jumping, stepping, or choreography to learn, body sculpting is ideal for those who dislike or can not perform high impact workouts. Body sculpting also helps to prevent osteoporosis by increasing one’s bone density. Our instructors will teach proper form while leading you to a more toned and defined body.

BOOTCAMP
This class is a high paced workout which utilizes the balls, bands, and weights, High reps tone and sculpt while you keep your heart rate up and get the benefit of a cardio workout.

 
Step Classes
STEP AND SCULPT
This class combines step and some kicks to allow for a maximum cardio workout while utilizing core muscles.

YOGA w/ David Bryson

ZUMBA
A fun, fat blasting workout that incorporates dance.
